PYROFORCE® gasifyer

The Pyroforce® technology bases on a downdraft co-current fixed-bed gasifyer characterised by high conversion rates and low tar formation.
Main advantages of the technology are:
  • Integrated final drying/ heating of the fuel
  • Pyrolysis gas passes the hot zone → low tar formation
  • High combustion temperature (approx. 1300°C) → low tar formation
  • Syngas withdrawal after reaction zone and preheating at approx. 600°C

    • The syngas production is followed by the syngas cleaning.
